dc.description	Relevance of the topic: Currently, the procedure of long-term gel polishing is very popular, because it not only hides the flaws of the nail, gives self-confidence, but also lasts a long time, dries quickly, masks nail changes and more. However, an improperly performed procedure can adversely affect the nails and the entire human body. For these reasons, the choice of a good specialist determines whether the performed procedure will be safe and of high quality. Therefore, it is very important to responsibly choose a manicure specialist who would not only know the good features of the service, but also know how to perform the procedure properly, avoiding the negative consequences of the procedure. The aim of the research: to reveal the opinion of manicure specialists about long-term gel polishing, its advantages and disadvantages. Research tasks: 1. Describe the technology of long-term gel polishing, as well as the conditions ensuring the safety and quality of the service. 2. Theoretically analyze the positive and negative effects of gel polish on nails and the body. 3. To find out the opinion of manicure specialists about the long-term gel polishing, its advantages and disadvantages. Research methods: 1. Analysis of scientific and professional literature sources, the aim of which is to reveal the technology of long-term gel polishing, the conditions ensuring the safety and quality of the service, and to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the procedure. 2. Quantitative research, online questionnaire. 3. Descriptive statistics and graphical data analysis. Subjects. Thirty manicure specialists participated in the study. The selection criteria are longterm gel polishing service for customers. Research results and conclusions. The results of the study show that manicurists consider the long-term gel polishing procedure to be the most popular nail care service. To ensure a highquality and safe service, the focus is on the course of the procedure, the quality of tools and devices. The subjects singled out the most important advantages and disadvantages of the procedure, which are relevant not only for the specialist but also for the client. The results obtained show that manicure specialists face negative consequences very rarely, but still inform the clients about the shortcomings of the service to ensure that the client is not afraid and knows that the specialist knows his field and trusts the service.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Temos aktualumas: Šiuo metu yra labai populiari ilgalaikio gelinio lakavimo procedūra, nes ji ne tik paslepia nagų trūkumus, suteikia pasitikėjimo savimi, tačiau taip pat ilgai išlieka, greitai džiūsta, maskuoja nago pakitimus ir kita. Tačiau netinkamai atlikta procedūra gali neigiamai paveikti nagus ir visą žmogaus organizmą. Dėl šių priežasčių gero specialisto pasirinkimas lemia ar atliekama procedūra bus saugi ir kokybiška. Todėl labai svarbu atsakingai pasirinkti manikiūro specialistą, kuris žinotų ne tik gerąsias paslaugos savybes, bet taip pat išmanytų kaip tinkamai atlikti procedūrą, išvengtų neigiamų procedūros pasekmių. Tyrimo tikslas: atskleisti manikiūro specialistų nuomonę apie ilgalaikio gelinio lakavimo procedūrą, jos privalumus ir trūkumus. Tyrimo uždaviniai: 1. Aprašyti ilgalaikio gelinio lakavimo technologiją, bei sąlygas užtikrinančias paslaugos saugumą ir kokybę. 2. Teoriškai išanalizuoti teigiamą ir neigiamą gelinio lakavimo poveikį nagams ir organizmui. 3. Sužinoti manikiūro specialistų nuomonę apie ilgalaikį gelinį lakavimą, jo privalumus ir trūkumus. Tyrimo metodai: 1. Mokslinės ir profesinės literatūros šaltinių analizė, kurios tikslas atskleisti ilgalaikio gelinio lakavimo technologiją, sąlygas užtikrinančias paslaugos saugumą ir kokybę, bei išanalizuoti procedūros privalumus ir trūkumus. 2. Kiekybinis tyrimas, internetinė anketa. 3. Aprašomoji statistika ir grafinė duomenų analizė. Tyrimo dalyviai. Tyrime dalyvavo trisdešimt manikiūro specialistų. Atrankos kriterijus teikiama ilgalaikio gelinio lakavimo paslauga klientams. Tyrimo rezultatai ir išvados. Atlikto tyrimo rezultatai rodo, kad manikiūro specialistai ilgalaikio gelinio lakavimo procedūrą laiko pačia paklausiausia nagų priežiūros paslauga. Kokybiškai ir saugiai paslaugai užtikrinti daugiausiai dėmesio yra skiriama procedūros eigai, priemonių ir prietaisų kokybei. Respondentai išskyrė svarbiausius procedūros privalumus ir trūkumus, kurie yra aktualūs ne tik dirbančiam specialistui, bet ir klientui. Gauti rezultatai rodo, jog manikiūro specialistai su neigiamomis pasekmėmis susiduria labai retai, bet vistiek apie paslaugos trūkumus informuoja klientus, norėdami užtikrinti, kad klientas nesibaimintų ir žinotų, kad specialistas išmano savo sritį ir juo pasitikėtų.	en_US
