The work describes the concept of communication, communication tools and their importance for the organization's activities. The importance of the application of communication tools for the organization's activities and the ways in which communication tools are applied. The characteristics of AB SEB Bank are also analyzed and compared with the communications executed by other Lithuanian banks. Provides a survey on private users' perceptions of communication tools. An SEB Bank Communications Plan is provided. The communications sector is constantly experiencing change and adapting to it. These changes are largely driven by technological environments, people's attitudes and behavioral transformations, and business management and economic trends. As changes are faster today than ever before, it becomes crucial to spot them on time and prepare them properly. This topic is especially relevant for AB SEB Bank, because such rapidly changing communication is also important in the activities of the Bank. The main problem of the (professional BA thesis) – the main task in the communication is the availability of the audience of used communication tools. Therefore, it is expedient to analyze whether the communication tools used by AB SEB Bank meet the expectations of private users. The aim of the (professional BA thesis) – analyze the communication tools used by AB SEB Bank with private users and submit proposals for improvement of communication tools. Methods of the (professional BA thesis) – scientific literature analysis, quantitative descriptive method and analysis of other information sources. The structure – the theoretical part of the work presents the analysis of communication tools. It also discusses the importance of communication tools for the organization's activities and applications. The analytical part of the work reviews the characteristics of AB SEB Bank and provides a comparison with the communication tools used by competitors. A consumer opinion survey and results are provided. In the project part there are presented ways of improving the communication means of the observed offer. Short suggestions/recommendations – In the electronic banking, you will post a video format message to help users use it. Promote expert judgment. Virtual consultant on the bank's website. Promotion of events through the Facebook platform. The goal is to reach a large audience on the Instagram platform. The work consists of 51 pages, 10 tables, 14 pictures, 34 references and sources of information, 1 appendices.	en
dc.description.abstract	Baigiamojo darbo teorinėje dalyje pateikiama komunikacijos priemonių analizė. Taip pat aptariama komunikacijos priemonių taikymo svarba organizacijos veiklai bei taikymo būdai. Analitinėje darbo dalyje apžvelgiama AB „SEB“ banko charakteristika bei pateikiamas palyginimas su konkurentų naudojamomis komunikacijos priemonėmis. Pateikiamas vartotojų nuomonės tyrimas ir pateikiami rezultatai. Projektinėje dalyje pateikiami pastebėti pasiūlai komunikacijos priemonių tobulinimo būdai.	en_US
