dc.description	The subject of the work. The study of a range of herbal preparations to solve the problems of ordinary acne in the X networking pharmacy self-service section. Key words. Herbal preparations to solve the problems of ordinary acne, herbal preparations, assortment to solve the problem of ordinary acne. Relevance of the topic. For a person, healthy skin is very important for a normal mental and physical condition, any skin damage or skin disease can have a very significant impact on a person's good physical and psychological well-being (J.K.L. Tan K. Bhate, 2015). The current problem of ordinary acne has been identified as very important among in the young people, which prevalence among young people can reach up to 90% (I. Balsytė, L. Jasiūnaitė, D. Buliauskaitė, 2019). Ordinary acne is a chronic inflammatory disease affecting 9.4% of the world's population and is the eighth most common disease in the world (J.K.L. Tan, K. Bhate 2015). Natural medicines from plants are gaining popularity due to several benefits, such as often having fewer side effects, better patients’ tolerance and are relatively cheaper (N. Tabassum, M. Hamdani 2014). Medicinal plant preparations for the treatment of ordinary acne are most often chosen for several reasons: inhibit the growth and development of pathogenic micro-organisms and reduce the release of inflammatory mediators from mast cells (M. Rutalė, J. Daukšienė, O. Ragažinskienė, 2017). One of the most important duties of a pharmacy specialist is to provide a pharmaceutical service, to help the patient make the right choice of the necessary preparations and to provide pharmaceutical information about them. The wide range of pharmacies is important as the pharmacy specialist is able to select the right product for each patient (customer) individually. Problem of the study. What emerges in the range of herbal preparations that solve the problem of ordinary acne in the pharmacy of the X networking pharmacies and in online pharmacies. Subject of the study. The range of herbal preparations to solve the problems of ordinary acne in the X networking pharmacy self-service section. Purpose of the study. To reveal a range of herbal preparations to solve the problem of common acne in the X networking pharmacy self-service section. The objectives of the study: 1. Provide the concept and solutions to the problems of ordinary acne. 2. Discuss the possibilities of using the healing properties of medicinal plants to solve the problem of ordinary acne. 8 3. Identify the range of herbal preparations to solve the problem of ordinary acne in the X networking pharmacy self-service section. Methods of research. 1. The analysis of the scientific literature, the main purpose of which is to reveal the conception and solutions of the problems of ordinary acne and the practice of solving the problem of ordinary acne with medicinal plants and their preparations. 2. Content analysis, which aim is to reveal the range and examine the composition of the range of herbal preparations to solve the problems of ordinary acne. Results of empirical research. After analyzing the range of herbal preparations to solve the problems of ordinary acne, it can be claimed that most often composition includes Medicinal Calendula (Calendula officinalis L), real Aloe Vera (Aloe vera L. Burm f.), Medicinal Chamomile (Matricaria recutita L.), Fragrant Coral Tree (Pterocarpus santalinus) and Tea Tree (Melaleuca alternifolia). In the online pharmacy of a network " Gintarine Pharmacy" after selecting products in the category of therapeutic cosmetics against acne, 42 preparations were found, 17 of which measures the requirements of the study.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Darbo tema. Augalinių preparatų, paprastųjų spuogų problemai spręsti asortimento tyrimas X tinklo vaistinės savitarnos skyriuje. Pagrindiniai žodžiai. Augaliniai preparatai paprastųjų spuogų problemai spręsti, augaliniai preparatai, asortimentas paprastųjų spuogų problemai spręsti. Temos aktualumas. Žmogui sveika oda yra svarbi normaliai psichinei ir fizinei būklei, bet koks odos pažeidimas ar odos liga gali turėti labai didelės įtakos žmogaus gerai fizinei ir psichologinei savijautai (J.K.L. Tan K. Bhate, 2015). Nustatyta jaunų asmenų populiacijoje itin aktuali paprastųjų spuogų problema, kurios paplitimas jaunimo tarpe gali siekti net iki 90 proc. (I. Balsytė, L. Jasiūnaitė, D. Buliauskaitė, 2019). Paprastieji spuogai – lėtinė uždegiminė liga, kuria serga 9,4% pasaulio gyventojų ir yra aštunta pagal dažnumą liga visame pasaulyje (J.K.L. Tan, K. Bhate 2015). Natūralūs vaistai iš augalų populiarėja dėl kelių privalumų, tokių kaip dažnai turintys mažiau šalutinių poveikių, geresnė pacientų tolerancija, yra santykinai pigesni (N. Tabassum, M. Hamdani 2014).Vaistinių augalų preparatai paprastųjų spuogų gydymui dažniausiai pasirenkami dėl kelių priežasčių: slopina patogeninių mikroorganizmų augimą bei vystymąsi ir mažina uždegimo mediatorių išsiskyrimą iš putliųjų ląstelių ( M. Rutalė, J. Daukšienė, O. Ragažinskienė, 2017). Viena iš svarbiausių farmacijos specialisto pareigų yra suteikti farmacinę paslaugą, padėti pacientui tinkamai pasirinkti reikiamus preparatus ir suteikti farmacinę informacija apie juos. Platus vaistinės asortimento pasirinkimas yra svarbus tuo, kad farmacijos specialistas galėtų individualiai kiekvienam pacientas (klientas) parinkti tinkamą produktą. Tyrimo problema. Koks išryškėja augalinių preparatų, paprastųjų spuogų problemai spręsti asortimentas X tinklo vaistinėje ir internetinėse vaistinėse. Tyrimo objektas. Augalinių preparatų paprastųjų spuogų problemai spręsti asortimentas X tinklo vaistinės savitarnos skyriuje. Tyrimo tikslas. Atskleisti augalinių preparatų paprastųjų spuogų problemai spręsti asortimentą X tinklo vaistinėje. Tyrimo uždaviniai: 1. Pateikti paprastųjų spuogų problemos sampratą ir sprendimo būdus. 2. Aptarti vaistinių augalų gydomųjų savybių panaudojimo galimybes paprastųjų spuogų problemai spręsti. 3. Nustatyti augalinių preparatų paprastųjų spuogų problemai spręsti asortimentą X tinklo vaistinės savitarnos skyriuje. Tyrimo metodai. 6 1. Mokslinės literatūros analizė, kurios pagrindinis tikslas – atskleisti paprastųjų spuogų problemos sampratą ir sprendimo būdus bei paprastųjų spuogų problemos sprendimo praktiką vaistiniais augalais ir jų preparatais. 2. Kokybinis tyrimas - turinio analizė, kurio tikslas, atskleisti asortimentą bei išnagrinėti augalinių preparatų paprastųjų spuogų problemai spręsti asortimento sudėtis. Empirinio tyrimo rezultatai. Išnagrinėjus augalinių preparatų paprastųjų spuogų problemai spręsti asortimentą galima teigti, kad dažniausiai sudėtyje yra vaistinė medetka (Calendula officinalis L), tikrasis alavijas (Aloe vera L. Burm f.), vaistinė ramunė (Matricaria recutita L.), kvapusis koralmedis (Pterocarpus santalinus) ir arbatmedis (Melaleuca alternifolia). Vaistinių tinkle „Gintarinė vaistinė“ internetinėje vaistinėje pasirinkus prekių kategorijoje gydomosios kosmetikos priemonės nuo spuogų buvo rasta 42 preparatai iš kurių tyrimo reikalavimus atitiko 17 priemonių.	en_US
