dc.description	BA thesis the concepts of human health and wellness, and the differences between the concepts of health promotion and wellness are presented. Wellness and health services are discussed. The concepts of new services and innovation are also discussed. The process of developing new services is outlined and a model is presented which could help in the introduction of new services to the market. The services provided by the Versme sanatorium are presented, the results of the study in this institution are discussed and proposals are made. The aim is to improve the organisation's knowledge of its customers' expectations and needs, thereby retaining existing customers and attracting new ones.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Pateikiamos žmogaus sveikatos ir SPA sampratos, skirtumai tarp sveikatinimo ir sveikatingumo sąvokų. Aptariamos sveikatingumo ir sveikatinimo paslaugos. Taip pat aptariama naujų paslaugų, inovacijų sampratos. Įvardijamas naujų paslaugų formavimo procesas bei pateiktas modelis, kuris galėtų padėti įvedant naujas paslaugas į rinką. Pateikiamos „Versmės“ sanatorijos teikiamos paslaugos, aptariami tyrimo rezultatai šioje įstaigoje ir pateikiami pasiūlymai. Tam, kad ši organizacija geriau pažintų savo vartotojų lūkesčius ir poreikius, tokiu būdu išsaugos esamus klientus ir pritrauks naujus.	en_US
