Description of the work - In recent years, the logistics sector has been developing rapidly. Changes in the logistics sector must be met by logistic companies. Strategic, coherent, and clear processes are required for companies to successfully carry out their activities. It is the latter who plays an important role in the company. Because the process is a continuous chain of action. In the event of a disturbance in the process, the company also suffers. Therefore, it is important to constantly check, evaluate and analyze the processes in the company. Today, more and more transport companies choose to transport and deliver cargo with congestion. Most often it is done with partial loads. They are assembled by foreign partners, then they are loaded into one truck and then shipped to the company's warehouses, which are distributed on the local market. Imported goods must be distributed through express and other companies. The distribution process is quite complicated as it requires precision and constant communication between managers. The main problem. Cargo is not delivered to customers within the specified terms. The aim. To analyze the activities of local distribution of freight company UAB „Treka“ UAB providing logistics services and to submit proposals for improving its quality. Methods of work. Analysis of scientific literature, data analysis of online sources, quantitative survey. The structure – The theoretical part describes the essence of logistics, it is processes and management based on theoretical aspects. It is assessed what has the greatest impact on the flow of goods in the market. In the practical part, the analysis of the company and activity of UAB „Treka“ was carried out. According to the data of the questionnaire, the problem was identified and solutions were presented. The results. The company's cargo distribution would be improved by own or rental of a vehicle fleet and warehouse optimization. These factors would increase the timely delivery of goods and reduce the likelihood of damage to cargo during their transportation. Scope of the work. The work consists of 54 pages, 8 tables, 13 figures, 37 literature and other sources of information.	en

Vertinama, kas turi didžiausią įtaką krovinių paskirstymo organizavimui. Praktinėje dalyje atlikta UAB „Treka“ įmonės ir veiklos analizė.
