1. Palyginti lankinių dantų protezų karkasų tikslumą juos gaminant skirtingais būdais
2. Palyginti lankinių dantų protezų karkasų pagaminimo greitį
3. Palyginti lankinių dantų protezų karkasų gaminimo sąnaudas
Tyrimo metodika: Mokslinės ir profesinės literatūros analizė.
Tyrimo rezultatai:Profesinio bakalauro baigiamasis darbas buvo atliktas siekiant palyginti įprastos gamybos, frezuotus ir spausdintus lanko atraminius dantų protezus. Analizuojant mokslinius šaltinius bei atlikus praktinį palyginimą, darbe atkleidžiamas lankinių dantų protezų tikslumas juos gaminant skirtingais būdais, palyginamas gaminimo greitis ir sąnaudos.
Description:
The relevance of the topic: One of the most popular dentures is the prostheses of removable acrylic plate. Yet, over time, acrylic sheets lose their functionality and are no longer held firmly in the mouth. As a result, the patient begins to feel discomfort (Čestovas, 2003). Another option for removable dentures is an arch denture, but it requires abutment teeth. With technology being more advanced nowadays, there is a constant increase in the number of prostheses that can be made. Today, the frames of arch dentures can be made not only by the old technique (modelling by hand and metal casting), but also by using the latest computer technology CAD / CAM (Computeraided design / Computer-aided production). This allows for faster and better adaptation of metal frames of various designs.
The research problem: What are the advantages and disadvantages of the production of metal frames for milled, printed and conventional (old) arch dentures?
The object of the research: The frames of arch dentures are made by modeling by hand and cast, milled from wax, and printed from metal methods.
The aim of the research: Reveal which method of manufacturing a metal frame for an arch denture is the best.
Research tasks:
1. To compare the accuracy of arch denture frames in their production in different ways.
2. To compare the production speed of arch denture frames.
3. Compare the cost of manufacturing arch denture frames.
Research methodology: Analysis of scientific and professional literature.
Research results: The bachelor's thesis was carried out in order to compare conventional production, milled and printed arch support dentures. Analyzing the scientific sources and making a practical comparison, the work reveals the accuracy of arch dentures in different ways, compares the speed and cost of production.
