| dc.description | The goal of every company is to have as many loyal customers as possible, so from the very beginning of the company's establishment, it is important to understand what is customer loyalty and have certain marketing tools that will attract more loyal customers and promote the loyalty of existing customers. Problem of the thesis: How is consumer loyalty formed and what marketing tools can be used to increase it? Aim of the thesis: After analyzing the theoretical peculiarities of consumer loyalty formation, empirically investigate the factors determining consumer loyalty and provide solutions for the improvement of marketing tools of UAB “LC services center” in order to increase consumer loyalty. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Kiekvienos įmonės tikslas yra turėti kuo daugiau lojalių vartotojų, tad nuo pat įmonės įkūrimo pradžios, svarbu suprasti, kas yra vartotojų lojalumas bei turėti tam tikras marketingo priemones, kurių pagalba būtų pritraukiama kuo daugiau lojalių vartotojų bei skatinamas esamų vartotojų lojalumas. Darbo problema - Kaip yra formuojamas vartotojų lojalumas bei kokiomis marketingo priemonėmis galima jį didinti?
