In order to implement it consistently, organizations rely on various forms of external communication such as: social networks, media, etc. An important aspect is how the organization communicates when a wide variety of situations occur around the world that can lead to risky situations for the organization itself. It is important to analyze even the weakest sides of communication and to understand the needs of the audience in order to streamline the smooth running of the organization's communication, when there are many risks around it that can turn the organization in a negative direction. The final work will analyze the external communication of UAB "Gifty" organization in the context of risks and create a communication improvement plan. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Gerai organizuota išorinė komunikacija organizacijoje yra vienas svarbiausių dalykų jos veiklos palaikyme. Kad ją vykdytų nuosekliai organizacijos remiasi įvairiomis išorinės komunikacijos formomis kaip: socialiniai tinklai, žiniasklaida ir kt. Svarbus aspektas yra tas, kaip organizacija vykdo komunikaciją, kai aplink pasaulyje vyksta įvairiausi veiksmai, kurie gali sukelti rizikingas situacijas pačiai organizacijai. Svarbu yra išsianalizuoti net ir silpniausias komunikacijos puses bei sužinoti auditorijos poreikius, siekiant efektyvinti sklandų organizacijos komunikacijos darbą, kai aplink ją yra daugybe rizikų, kurios gali pakreipti organizaciją į neigiamą pusę. Baigiamajame darbe bus analizuojama UAB „Gifty“ organizacijos išorinė komunikacija rizikų kontekste ir sudarytas komunikacijos gerinimo planas. | en_US |
