dc.description	The work consists of an introduction, three main chapters and conclusions. The first chapter discusses the grounds for determining the child's place of residence. The second chapter analyses the legal regulation on the relocation of a child from Lithuania. The third chapter analyses the case-law on the removal of a child from Lithuania and discusses the most important aspects concerning the removal, return and determination of the place of residence of the child.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Darbą sudaro įvadas, trys pagrindiniai skyriai bei išvados. Pirmąjame skyriuje aptariami vaiko gyvenamosios vietos nustatymo pagrindai. Antrame skyriuje analizuojamas teisinis reglamentavimas dėl vaiko išvežimo iš Lietuvos. Trečiame skyriuje analizuojama teismų praktika dėl vaiko išvežimo iš Lietuvos ir aptariami svarbiausia aspektai dėl vaiko išvežimo, gražinimo ir jo gyvenamosios vietos nustatymo. Darbo pabaigoje yra pateikiamos išvados.	en_US
