dc.description	The thesis consists of three parts. The first theoretical part, based on an analysis of scientific sources and legislation, provides an analysis of the EU internal market and free movement of people, the development of the EU internal market, the legal framework, the evolution and principles of free movement of people. The second part of the thesis presents the evolution of the free movement of workers in the EU, the concept of "worker" and its problematic aspects, the rights of workers in the EU and an analysis of family members of workers. The third part of the thesis provides an analysis of case law in the context of free movement of workers.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Baigiamąjį darbą sudaro trys skyriai. Pirmame skyriuje, remiantis mokslinių šaltinių ir teisės aktų analize, pateikta ES vidaus rinkos ir laisvo asmenų judėjimo analizė, ES vidaus rinkos raida, teisinis reguliavimas, laisvo asmenų judėjimo raida bei principai. Antrame skyriuje pateikta laisvo darbuotojų judėjimo raida ES, „darbuotojo“ sąvoka ir probleminiai aspektai, ES darbuotojų teisės bei darbuotojų šeimos narių analizė. Trečiame skyriuje pateikta ESTT jurisprudencijos analizė laisvo darbuotojų judėjimo kontekste.	en_US
