| dc.description | The work consists of two theoretical parts, which analyze the main aspects (concept and essence) of personal data protection and the right to freedom of expression and information, and the basics of legal regulation of personal data protection and the right to freedom of expression and information. The practical part of the work analyzes the problems of the general data protection regulation and the right to freedom of expression and information in court practice.
