| dc.description | The thesis consists of description, three parts, and conclusions. The first part of the thesis presents the concept of work contract and defines the fundamentals of employment contract termination. The second part analyses the termination of employment at the initiative of the employer. The third part focuses on the explications by the Supreme Court of Lithuania on the termination of employment at the initiative of the employer and the most important aspects of terminating the contract. The analysis of scientific and legislations is presented in conclusions. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Darbas susideda iš įvado, trijų dalių ir išvadų. Pirmoje dalyje pateikiama darbo sutarties samprata ir apibrėžiami darbo sutarties pasibaigimo pagrindai. Antroje dalyje analizuojamas darbo sutarties nutraukimas darbdavio iniciatyva. Trečioje dalyje analizuojami Lietuvos Aukščiausiojo Teismo išaiškinimai dėl darbo sutarties nutraukimo darbdavio iniciatyva ir aptariami svarbiausi aspektai nutraukiant darbo sutartį.
