dc.description	The thesis consists of three chapters, the first chapter: “Theoretical Aspects of Asylum” consists of three subchapters, which discuss the concept of asylum, the essence of protection and the legal situation of asylum in Lithuania and the EU. The second chapter “The Practice of the Supreme Administrative Court of Lithuania in Applying the Grounds for Granting Asylum” presents conducted study and discusses the reasons for granting asylum. The third chapter explains practical problems of asylum and weaknesses in the legal regulation.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Darbą sudaro trys skyriai, pirmasis skyrius: „Prieglobsčio teoriniai aspektai“ iš jo atskiriama dar trys poskyriai kuriame aptariama prieglobsčio samprata, apsaugos esmė ir prieglobsčio teisinė situacija Lietuvoje ir ES. Antras skyrius yra „Lietuvos vyriausiojo administracinio teismo praktika taikant prieglobsčio suteikimo pagrindus“, daromas tyrimas ir aiškinamasi prieglobsčio suteikimo pagrindus. Trečiame skyriuje aiškinamasi į „Prieglobsčio suteikimo praktinės problemos ir teisinio reguliavimo trūkumai	en_US
