dc.description	Relevance of the study. This paper analyses the development of linguistic competence of preschool children through reading poetry. Poetry was chosen because it has been observed that children of different ages perceive and listen to poems differently. The younger ones just listen and imitate the movements of the characters, trying to replicate them, while the preschooler tries to empathize with the character of the poem, his/her character, and the recitation of the poem. In this period of life, when information technology is widely used, children start to speak or write correctly much later. This is why a topical theme has been chosen to show parents the benefits of reading poetry to their child and the development of their linguistic competence. The research question is - what is the development of linguistic competence of pre-school children by reading poetry ? The goal of the study is to reveal the significance of poetry reading for the development of linguistic competence in pre-school children.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Tyrimo aktualumas. Šiame darbe analizuojama ikimokyklinio amžiaus vaikų kalbinės kompetencijos ugdymas(is) skaitant poeziją. Poezija pasirinkta, nes pastebėta, kad skirtingo amžiaus vaikai, skirtingai suvokia ir klausosi eilėraščių. Mažesnieji tik klausosi ir imituoja veikėjų judesius, mėgina atkartoti, o ikimokyklinio amžiaus vaikas - stengiasi įsijausti į eilėraščio personažą, jo charakterį, atsiranda eilėraščio deklamavimas. Šiuo gyvenimo laikotarpiu, kai labai daug yra naudojama informacinių technologijų, vaikai daug vėliau pradeda taisyklingai kalbėti ar rašyti. Todėl pasirinkta aktuali tema, kad būtų galima parodyti tėvams, kokią naudą turi poezijos skaitymas vaikui ir jo kalbinės kompetencijos ugdymui. Tyrimo problema- koks ikimokyklinio amžiaus vaikų kalbinės kompetencijos ugdymas(is) skaitant poeziją ? Tyrimo tikslas- atskleisti ikimokyklinio amžiaus vaikų poezijos skaitymo reikšmę, ugdant(is) kalbinę kompetenciją.	en_US
