| dc.description | The final thesis starts with the introduction. The paper consists of three chapters. The First Chapter introduces the conception of compensation for non-pecuniary damages naming the purposes of this institute. The peculiarities of legal regulation of compensation for non-pecuniary damages in Lithuania are revealed in the Second Chapter. It deals with analysis of legal acts, discussing the criteria for adjusting the amount of compensation for non-pecuniary damages. The Third Chapter is intended to establish problem-oriented aspects in the proceedings of compensation for non – pecuniary damages caused to life and health of a human being by a criminal offence, and to reveal problem-oriented aspects of compensation for non-pecuniary damages according to the new model of no-fault compensation. The final thesis is ended with conclusions and a list of used literature. | en_US |
