dc.description	The thesis consists of an introduction, three parts of the paper, conclusions and a list of literature and other sources. The first part deals with the status of a minor in criminal law. The second part examines the system of educational measures and punishments and the consequences of their non-execution, as well as the aspects of postponement of the execution of a sentence. The third part deals with the institute of immunity criminal liability from juvenile justice.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Darbą sudaro įvadas, trys darbo dalys, išvados ir literatūros ir kitų šaltinių sąrašas. Pirmojoje dalyje aptariamas nepilnamečio statusas baudžiamojoje teisėje. Antrojoje dalyje nagrinėjama auklėjamojo poveikio priemonių ir bausmių sistemos bei jų nevykdymo pasekmės, taip pat analizuojamas bausmės vykdymo atidėjimo aspektai. Trečiojoje dalyje nagrinėjamas nepilnamečių atleidimo nuo baudžiamosios atsakomybės institutas.	en_US
