dc.description	The theoretical part discusses the concept of work organization based on the insights of various authors, analysis and methods. The benefits of telecommuting for an organization’s employees are also discussed. The analytical part describes the company's activities / characteristics. The research is described, the sample of the questionnaire survey conducted in the company is determined, the description of the respondents, the methods of the questionnaire survey are determined. Questionnaire survey information is provided. The project part presents recommendations for improving work organization in OMEGA, UAB.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Teorinėje dalyje aptariama darbo organizavimo sąvoka remiantis įvairių autorių nuomonėmis, analizuojami darbo organizavimo metodai. Nagrinėjama nuotolinio darbo nauda organizacijos darbuotojams. Analitinėje dalyje aprašoma įmonės veikla/charakteristika. Apibūdinamas tyrimas, nustatoma įmonėje atliekamos anketinės apklausos imtis, respondentų apibūdinimas, anketinės apklausos metodai. Pateikiama anketinės apklausos informacija. Projektinėje dalyje pateikiamos UAB „Omega“ darbo organizavimo gerinimo rekomendacijos.	en_US
