dc.description	The theoretical part discusses the concept of effective work organization. Methods and tools are discussed, including Lean, which is relevant in today’s context for effective work organization. The analytical part of the thesis introduces the characteristics of the analysed company, provides the analysis of the company’s work organization and conducts research in the cooperation with the manager and employees. In the project part, the results of the research, and possible solutions that would help to organize the work effectively are reviewed.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Teorinėje dalyje analizuojama efektyvaus darbo organizavimo samprata. Aptariami metodai bei priemonės, įskaitant ir Lean, kuri yra aktuali šių dienų kontekste efektyviai organizuojant darbą. Analitinėje dalyje apžvelgiama tiriamosios įmonės charakteristika, pateikiama įmonės darbo organizavimo analizė bei atliekamas tyrimas su vadovu ir darbuotojais. Projektinėje dalyje, atsižvelgiant į tyrimo rezultatus, apžvelgiami galimi sprendimai, kurie padėtų efektyviai organizuoti darbą.	en_US
