dc.description	The theoretical part discusses the concept of staff management from the point of view of various scholars and describes the main areas of staff management from a theoretical point of view. The analytical part of the work presents the characteristics of the public institution GAMA, VšĮ, describes its activities, presents the research methodology, describes the organization of the research, and analyses its results. The project part of the work presents suggestions for the improvement of satff management.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Teorinėje dalyje aptariama personalo valdymo samprata įvairių autorių požiūriu bei apibūdinamos pagrindinės personalo valdymo sritys teoriniu aspektu. Analitinėje darbo dalyje pateikiama VšĮ „Gama“ charakteristika, apibūdinama jos veikla, pateikiama tyrimo metodika, aprašomas tyrimo organizavimas bei analizuojami gauti rezultatai. Projektinėje darbo dalyje pateikiami pasiūlymai personalo valdymo tobulinimui.	en_US
