| dc.description | Analytical topic of the professional bachelor's thesis: The work analyzes the regulation of real cultural heritage objects, documents regulating the activities of a surveyor and land-surveyor, the latest regulations on the technical requirements of geodesy and cartography, historical aspects of the topographic plan and the possibilities of using LiDAR data. The topographic plan of Jiesia mound - Napoleon hill and the heights of this plan in comparison with the topographical plan of 1977 and 2007 LiDAR data are also made in the final work. Data from river bank field measurements were also compared separately with open GRPK data. The aim of this work is to determine the changes in the topographic elements of the Jiesia mound (Napoleon's hill). The topographic plan was prepared with GeoMap2022 software, the resulting plan covers an area of 4.23 ha. Variable data compared by ArcMap 10.7.1 software. 284 measurements were performed in the study area during the field measurement data, the height of the ground surface of the performed measurements varies from 31.34 to 63.44 meters. Comparing the heights of the performed field measurement data with the LiDAR data, an average error of 13 centimeters was obtained. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Darbe aptariamas nekilnojamojo kultūros paveldo objektų reglamentavimas, teisiniai dokumentai reglamentuojantys geodezininko ir matininko veiklą, naujausi geodezijos ir kartografijos techninių reikalavimų reglamentai, topografinio plano istoriniai aspektai ir LiDAR duomenų panaudojimo galimybės. Tyrimui atlikti geodeziniai matavimai, sudarytas topografinis Jiesios piliakalnio - Napoleono kalno planas. Geodezinių matavimų metu surinkti žemės paviršiaus aukščiai palyginti su 1977 metais sudarytu topografiniu planu, bei LiDAR (2007) duomenimis. Nemuno upės kranto lauko matavimų duomenys palyginti su valstybės erdvinių duomenų rinkiniu GRPK. Darbo tikslas yra nustatyti Jiesios piliakalnio (Napoleono kalno) topografinių elementų pokyčius. Topografinis planas, kurio plotas 4,23 ha, parengtas GeoMap2022 programine įranga. Kiti palyginamieji duomenys su dabartinių matavimu topografiniu planu apdoroti ArcMap 10.7.1 programine įranga. Lauko matavimų metu surinkti 284 taškai. Atliktų matavimų žemės paviršiaus aukščiai svyruoja nuo 31.34 iki 63.44 metro. Lyginant atliktų lauko matavimo duomenų aukščius su LiDAR duomenimis gauta vidutinė 13 cm paklaida. | en_US |
