dc.description	The aim of the work is to reveal the problems of determining the cadastral data of land plots and to present their solutions. Work task. To describe the legal documents related to the establishment of land cadastral data, to reveal the problems of land plot boundaries and revision of cadastral data in the scientific literature, to reveal the process of establishing land cadastral data, to identify the problems of land plot cadastral data, to reveal ways to solve these problems in practice. Composition of the final work: analytical and design parts. The analytical part reviews the literature, analyzes the relevant legislation and describes the equipment and software used. The project part describes in detail how the cadastral data file was prepared, describes several problematic examples and describes the questionnaire that was given to the already working specialists to find out the opinion of the specialists about the peculiarities of preparing the cadastral files. Project results. The problems of land plot boundaries and cadastral data revision in the scientific and professional literature were reviewed, legal acts and documents were examined. The process of determining the cadastral data of land plots in the subsystem “GeoMatininkas” is described in detail. Three different problems encountered during the identification of land cadastral data are described and solutions to these problems are presented. Specialists were also interviewed to find out their views on the preparation of the cadastral data file.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Darbo tikslas – Atskleisti žemės sklypų kadastro duomenų nustatymo problemas ir pateikti jų sprendimo būdus. Darbo užduotis. Aprašyti teisinius dokumentus susijusius su žemės sklypų kadastro duomenų nustatymu, atskleisti žemės sklypų ribų ir kadastro duomenų tikslinimo problemas mokslinėje literatūroje, atskleidi žemės sklypų kadastro duomenų nustatymo eigą nustatyti iškilusias žemės sklypų kadastro duomenų nustatymo problemas, atskleisti šių problemų sprendimo būdus praktikoje. Baigiamojo darbo rašto sudėtis: analitinė ir projektinė dalys. Analitinėje dalyje apžvelgiama literatūra, išanalizuojami aktualūs teisės aktai, aprašoma technika ir programinė įranga su kuria buvo dirbama. Projektinėje dalyje detaliai aprašoma kaip buvo rengiama kadastro duomenų byla, aprašomi keli probleminiai pavyzdžiai ir aprašoma anketa, kuri buvo duota jau dirbantiems specialistams sužinoti specialistų nuomonę apie kadastrinių bylų rengimo ypatumus. Projekto rezultatai. Buvo apžvelgta žemės sklypų ribų ir kadastro duomenų tikslinimo problematika mokslinėje ir profesinėje literatūroje, išnagrinėti teisės aktai ir dokumentai. Detaliai aprašyta žemės sklypų kadastro duomenų nustatymo eiga posistemėje „GeoMatininkas“. Aprašytos trys skirtingos iškilusios problemos žemės sklypų kadastro duomenų nustatymo metu ir pateikti šių problemų sprendimo būdai. Taip pat buvo apklausti specialistai norint sužinoti jų nuomone apie kadastro duomenų nustatymo bylos rengimą.	en_US
