Abstract
Darbo apibūdinimas – baigiamajame darbe suprojektuotas rašomasis stalas, kuris
transformuojasi į tualetinį staliuką. Sukurtas technologinis procesas. Aprašomos medžiagų sąnaudos,
įrenginių našumai. Suprojektuojamas cecho planas, tinkantis masinei baldo gamybai.
Baigiamojo darbo tikslas – suprojektuoti paprastos konstrukcijos rašomąjį stalą, kuris
lengvai transformuotųsi į tualetinį staliuką, parinkti jam tinkamas medžiagas, apskaičiuoti
technologinius procesus ir reikalingų staklių našumus, suprojektuoti cechą, kuriame baldo gamyba
vyktų sklandžiai, apskaičiuoti energetinius ir ekonominius išteklius bei aprašyti darbų saugos
reikalavimus.
Darbo problema – didėjant žmonių populiacijai kiekvienam žmogui tenka vis mažiau
gyvenamosios vietos, todėl atsiranda vis didesnė paklausa kompaktiškiems ir daugiafunkciniams
baldams.
Darbo metodai – literatūros bei įgytų žinių susisteminimas.
Darbo rezultatai – suprojektuotas transformuojamas rašomasis stalas, atlikti skaičiavimai bei
sukurtas technologinis procesas.
Description
Description of work – the final project is a desk that transforms into a dressing table. A
technological process is developed. The material consumption and machine performance are
described. A shop floor plan suitable for the mass production of furniture is designed.
The aim of the thesis is to design a transformable writing desk, to select the appropriate
materials, to calculate the technological processes and the required machine outputs, to design a
workshop for the smooth production of the furniture, to calculate the energy and economic resources,
and to describe the work safety requirements.
Work problem – as the human population is increasing, each person has less and less space
to live in, and there is therefore an increasing demand for compact and multifunctional furniture.
Work methods – systematization of literature and knowledge acquired.
Results of the work – the design of a transformable desk, the calculations and the
development of the technological process.
