The analytical part presents the results of the research carried out in the production and administration departments, and the identification of problem areas. dc.description.abstract	Teorinėje darbo dalyje aptariama darbuotojų vertinimo procesas teoriniu aspektu, jo tikslai, kriterijai, metodai, eiga, vertinimo procesas šiuolaikinėje modernioje organizacijoje. Analitinėje dalyje pateikiami tyrimo, atlikto gamybos ir administracijos padaliniuose, rezultatai, probleminių sričių identifikavimas.
