dc.description	The theoretical part presents the analysis of sources on the search and selection of employees. The analytical part of the paper consists of a quantitative study, a survey and a description of the data obtained, and a qualitative study, using the interview method and interviewing the manager. The project part assesses the recruitment and selection process and presents options for improvement and suggestions for improving selection.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Teorinėje dalyje pateikiama šaltinių analizė apie darbuotojų paiešką ir atranką. Analitinėje dalyje atliekamas kiekybinis tyrimas, rengiama apklausa ir aprašomi gauti duomenys bei atliekamas kokybinis tyrimas, pasirenkant interviu metodą ir apklausiant personalo vadovę. Projektinėje dalyje atliekamas paieškos ir atrankos vertinimas bei pateikiamos tobulinimo galimybės ir pasiūlymai organizacijos paieškos ir atrankos tobulinimui.	en_US
