dc.description	Object of work: Evaluation of innovation efficiency in UAB “Reo LT Private”. Purpose of work: to determine evaluation of innovation efficiency in UAB “Reo LT Private”. Work tasks: 1. To make theoretical analyze of innovation efficiency evaluation; 2. To estimate the situation of innovations in UAB “Reo LT Private”; 3. To present innovation efficiency improvement recommendations. Work methods: 1. Analysis and synthesis of scientific literature; 2. Company document analysis and SWOT analysis; 3. Observation and interview. Most important results and conclusions: In order to clarify the concepts, classifications and other indicators of innovation, various scientific articles and scientific literature have been analyzed that can be defined that innovation is a process in which the goal is to transform from the old into a new, so it could attract market that would bring profit. It is very important to keep up with existing innovations in the market so that business and enterprise can continue to compete with other companies or businesses. After analyzing the company UAB "Reo LT Private" it can be concluded that the company does not have its own land, grain cleaning equipment, it hires machinery, so its costs are higher than the profit earned from grain. Without European Union payments and benefits for ineligible land, the company could not survive. It can also be said that the productivity of the land is very low. As a result, large investment in agriculture is not working, especially when managing a small area of arable land (up to 100 ha). Because the earth is very rocky, hilly, any technique is being broken, therefore investing in new, innovative techniques is inappropriate and financially useless. Selected direction of the development of the farm - crop production is not effective because of the low fertility of agricultural crops, therefore, after the analysis of SWOT analysis of UAB "Reo LT Private", a proposal was made to develop new activity of UAB Reo LT Private - beef cattle breeding Keywords: innovation, innovation efficiency, company‘s innovation.	en
dc.description.abstract	Siekiant kuo tiksliau išsiaiškinti inovacijų sampratas, klasifikacijas ir kitus rodiklius, buvo išanalizuoti įvairūs moksliniai straipsniai bei mokslinė literatūra, kurią galima apibrėžti, kad inovacija – tai yra procesas, kurio metu siekiama iš seno paversti nauju, patraukliu rinkai, kuris atneštų pelno. Labai svarbu neatsilikti nuo esamų inovacijų rinkoje, kad verslas ir įmonė galėtų toliau veikti ir konkuruoti su kitomis įmonėmis ar verslais. Atlikus UAB „Reo LT Private” įmonės analizę, galima daryti išvadą, kadangi bendrovė neturi nuosavų žemių, sandėlių, grūdų valymo įrenginių, samdo techniką, jos išlaidos yra didesnės, negu gaunamas pelnas už grūdus. Be Europos Sąjungos išmokų ir išmokų už nederlingas žemes, įmonė negalėtų išsilaikyti. Taip pat galima teigti, kad žemių našumas yra labai mažas. Todėl didelės investicijos į žemės ūkį nepasiteisina, ypač valdant nedidelį ariamos žemės plotą (iki 100 ha). Kadangi žemė labai akmenuota, kalvota, bet kokia technika yra laužoma, todėl investuoti į naują, inovatyvią techniką netikslinga ir finansiškai nenaudinga. Pasirinkta ūkio vystymo kryptis – augalininkystė nėra efektyvi, kadangi mažas žemės ūkio augalų derlingumas, todėl atlikus UAB „Reo LT Private“ SSGG analizę buvo teikiamas siūlymas plėtoti UAB „Reo LT Private“ naują veiklą – mėsinę galvijininkystę.	en_US
