dc.description	The automated grain drying system is analyzed in the final work. The problem with the final work is that improper integration of the parameters of the grain drying system can cause significant losses. To prevent this, it is recommended to install a program in the programmable logic controller that does not allow you to enter incorrect drying process parameters. The object of the paper - automated grain drying system The purpose of the paper – to automate the grain drying system according to the technical task The tasks of the paper: 1. Analyze the grain drying system process; 2. Design an automation scheme for an automated grain dryer system; 3. According to the system requirements, select the appropriate automation components that would fulfill the functionality of the grain drying system; 4. To draw the diagrams of the electrical connections of the grain drying system and the arrangement of the automation components in the automation panel; 5. To compile the control algorithm of the grain drying system and to write a program for the control system controller according to it; 6. To perform the economic part of the grain drying system project; 7. Provide human safety requirements for the grain drying system. The results of the paper. The analysis of the automated grain drying system process was performed in the final work. A technical task has been prepared, according to which the project part has been performed. Taking into account the principle of operation of the system, an automation scheme has been created, electrical connection diagrams have been drawn, and a layout plan for the components of the automation panel has been drawn. Based on the principle of operation of the system, a control algorithm is developed, according to which the control program is written. The economic analysis of the grain drying system has been performed, and the human safety requirements of the automated grain drying system have been presented.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Šiame baigiamajame darbe analizuojama automatizuota grūdų džiovinimo sistema. Baigiamojo darbo iškelta problema - netinkamai pagal reikalavimus suvedus grūdų džiovinimo sistemos parametrus galimi dideli nuostoliai. Kad dėl šito būtų išvengta nuostolių, rekomenduojama į programuojamą loginį valdiklį įdiegti programą, kuri neleistų įvesti netinkamų džiovinimo proceso parametrų. Darbo objektas – automatizuota grūdų džiovinimo sistema. Darbo tikslas – pagal techninę užduotį automatizuoti grūdų džiovinimo sistemą. Darbo uždaviniai: 1. Išanalizuoti grūdų džiovinimo sistemos procesą; 2. Suprojektuoti automatizuotos grūdų džiovyklos sistemos automatizavimo schemą; 3. Pagal sistemos reikalavimus parinkti atitinkamus automatikos komponentus, kurie išpildytų grūdų džiovinimo sistemos funkcionalumą; 4. Suprojektuoti ir nubraižyti grūdų džiovinimo sistemos elektrinių sujungimų schemas bei automatikos komponentų išdėstymo tvarką automatikos skyde; 5. Sudaryti grūdų džiovinimo sistemos valdymo algoritmą bei pagal jį parašyti programą valdymo sistemos valdikliui; 6. Atlikti grūdų džiovinimo sistemos projekto ekonominę dalį; 7. Pateikti žmogaus saugos reikalavimus grūdų džiovinimo įrenginiui. Darbo rezultatai. Baigiamajame darbe atlikta grūdų džiovinimo sistemos proceso analizė. Parengta techninė užduotis, pagal kurią atlikta projektinė dalis. Atsižvelgiant į sistemos veikimo principą, sukurta automatizavimo schema, nubraižytos elektrinių sujungimų schemos, bei automatikos skydo komponentų išdėstymo planas. Remiantis sistemos veikimo principu sudarytas valdymo algoritmas, pagal kurį parašyta valdymo programa. Atlikta grūdų džiovinimo sistemos ekonominė analizė, bei pateikti automatizuotos grūdų džiovinimo sistemos žmogaus saugos reikalavimai.	en_US
