| dc.description | With the increasing popularity in sport equine industry in Lithuania, the need for healthy, sporty, steady horses has increased. As it takes a long time to raise a horse and this requires additional resources, such as pastures, buildings, human resources, the majority of athletes tend to buy already bred horses. As the analysis of the Data of the Lithuanian Equestrian Federation shows, an abundant interest in sports among the younger generation and riders is obvious. New riding bases are being developed and the demand for horses is increasing. As a result, horse breeders are discovering new opportunities to sell their horses. Relevance of the topic. A sport horse spends most of its time with a rider, helps to achieve results. Therefore, it must be as reliable and secure as possible. It takes approximately from three to five years to raise a horse for the market. The biggest challenge for breeders is to raise a healthy, of full mental stability, fast to sell horse at the lowest costs. Work object. The final work analyzes the differences in the behavior of horses kept in different housing conditions. Two groups of 2-3 year old horses were distinguished. The first one having the permanent or constant contact with a person. The second one having a limited contact with humans. In total, 20 horses have been studied including five mares and five castrates in each group. Work problem. In order to breed a healthy and marketable horse, all aspects of breeding, such as care, feeding, storage conditions and microclimate, must be taken into account. As the majority of horse breeders do not acquite the appropriate educational background and competencies, they not able to notice and solve the problems in a timely manner which hinders to achieve the desired result. Work objective. To prepare a Bachelor‘s thesis about the differences in behavior between two groups of horses kept in different conditions. | dc.description.abstract | Lietuvoje sparčiai populiarėjant sportinei žirgininkystei išaugo sveikų, sportiškų, stabilaus būdo žirgų poreikis. Kadangi žirgą užauginti užtrunka ne mažai laiko ir tam reikalingi papildomi resursai, tokie kaip ganyklos, pastatai, žmogiškieji ištekliai, daugelis sportininkų linkę įsigyti jau užaugintus žirgus. Analizuojant Lietuvos žirginio sporto federacijos duomenis matomas gausus jaunos kartos ir raitelių mėgėjų susidomėjimas sportu. Kuriasi vis naujos jojimo bazės, o su jomis išaugo žirgų poreikis. Todėl augintojams atsiranda vis naujų galimybių realizuoti užaugintus žirgus. Temos aktualumas. Sportinis žirgas didelę dalį laiko praleidžia su raiteliu, padeda siekti rezultatų, todėl maksimaliai turi būti patikimas ir saugus. Užauginti žirgą rinkai, skirtingai nei kitų rūšių gyvūnus, vidutiniškai užtrunka apie 3-5 metus. Didžiausias augintojų uždavinys –užauginti sveiką, stabilios psichikos, greit realizuojamą su mažiausiais kaštais žirgą. Darbo objektas. Baigiamajame darbe analizuojama skirtingose laikymo sąlygose laikomų žirgų elgsenos skirtumai. Išskirtos dvi 2-3 metų žirgų grupės: pirmoji – turintį nuolatinį arba pastovų kontaktą su žmogumi, antroji – turinti ribotą kontaktą su žmogumi. Buvo tiriami iš viso 20 arklių. Kiekvienoje grupėje po penkias kumelaites ir penkis kastratus. Darbo problema. Norint užauginti sveiką ir tinkantį rinkai žirgą reikia atsižvelgti į visus auginimo aspektus, tokius kaip priežiūrą, šėrimą, laikymo sąlygas, mikroklimatą. Tai pat daugelis augintojų ir veisėjų neturi tinkamo išsilavinimo ir kompetencijų, negeba matyti ir laiku spręsti susidariusios problemos dėl ko nepasiekia norimo rezultato. Darbo tikslas. Parengti bakalaurinį darbą apie dviejų, skirtingomis sąlygomis laikomų, žirgų grupių elgsenos skirtumus. Laikymo ir priežiūros sąlygų įtaką žirgų realizavimui. | en_US |
