Darbe pateikiama mokslinės literatūros analizė, kurioje nagrinėjama organizacinės kultūros samprata. Aprašomi tyrimų metu gauti respondentų atsakymai, kuriais remiantis pateikiami organizacinės kultūros tobulinimo būdai.

The paper presents an analysis of the scientific literature, which examines the concept of organizational culture. The answers of the respondents obtained during the research are described, on the basis of which the ways of improving the organizational culture are presented.
