| dc.description | Relevance of the study: Tooth loss is a key indicator of overall oral health. They can be lost due to various reasons such as: caries, periodontal disease, orthodontic treatment, trauma, complications of prosthetics (Mobarki, Moaleem, Abdelwahab, 2017). There are many ways to restore the crown of a tooth, and some of the most popular are: metal ceramics, zirconium oxide, and often a temporary crown is made while the patient is waiting for his final prosthesis (Wahab ir kt., 2021). Research problem: What are the methods of restoration of dental crowns in the area of lateral teeth? Object of research: Possibilities of dental crown prosthesis restoration using 3 different restoration methods in the field of lateral teeth, using CAD / CAM technology. The aim of the research: To describe 3 different ways of restoring tooth crowns in the area of lateral teeth using CAD/CAM technology and to reveal their production methods. Research tasks: 1. Describe the main methods of restoration of dental crowns in the area of lateral teeth. 2. Describe the peculiarities of CAD / CAM technologies, their composition, name the advantages. 3. To reveal the properties of metal ceramics, zirconium oxide, temporary dentures. 4. To restore the lateral crowns using metal ceramics, zirconium oxide and polymethylmethacrylate, describe their production stages. Research methods: 1. Analysis of scientific and professional literature. 2. Production of dental prostheses in the dental laboratory. Results of empirical research: These dental crowns were manufactured using CAD/CAM technology, which allowed them to be manufactured fairly quickly and accurately. Although the color chosen by all the crowns was A2, the end result received in dentures were different shades. This was due to the transparency of the different prosthetic paints. The metal is significantly darker than zirconium, and polymethylmethacrylate paints and painting techniques differed from previous ones. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Tyrimo aktualumas: Dantų netekimas yra pagrindinis bendros burnos sveikatos rodiklis. Jų netenkama dėl įvairių priežasčių, tokių kaip: kariesas, periodonto ligos, ortodontinis gydimas, traumos, protezavimo komplikacijos (Mobarki, Moaleem, Abdelwahab, 2017). Egzistuoja daug danties vainiko atstatymo būdų, o vieni iš populiariausių yra šie: metalo keramika, cirkonio oksidas, o dažnu atveju, kol pacientas laukia savo protezo, jam pagaminamas laikinas vainikėlis (Wahab ir kt., 2021). Tyrimo problema: Kokie pagrindiniai dantų vainiko atstatymo būdai šoninių dantų srityje? Tyrimo objektas: Dantų vainikų protezų gamyba naudojant 3 skirtingus atkūrimo būdus šoninių dantų srityje, panaudojant „CAD/CAM“ technologijas. Tyrimo tikslas: Atskleisti danties vainikų šoninių dantų srityje atkūrimo būdus panaudojant „CAD/CAM“ technologijas. Tyrimo uždaviniai: 1.Aprašyti pagrindinius dantų vainikų atstatymo būdus šoninių dantų srityje. 2. Aprašyti „CAD/CAM“ technologijų ypatumus, jų sudetį, įvardinti privalumus. 3. Atskleisti metalo keramikos, cirkonio oksido, laikinų dantų protezų savybes. 4. Atkurti šoninius dantų vainikus naudojant metalo keramiką, cirkonio oksidą ir polimetilmetakrilatą, aprašyti jų gamybos etapus. Tyrimo metodai: 1.Mokslinės ir profesinės literatūros analizė. 2. Dantų protezų gamyba laboratorijoje. Empyrinio tyrimo rezultatai: Šie dantų protezai buvo gaminami pasitelkus „CAD/CAM“ technologiją, kas leido juos pagaminti gan greitai ir tiksliai. Nors visų vainikėlių pasirinkta spalva buvo A2, tačiau galutiniame rezultate protezai gavosi skirtingų atspalvių. Taip nutiko dėl skirtingų protezų karkasų skaidrumo. Metalas yra žymiai tamsesnis nei cirkonis, o polimetilmetakrilato dažai ir dažymo technika skyrėsi nuo kitų. | en_US |
