| dc.description | The theoretical part presents a theoretical analysis of the principles and methods of sustainable business. The analytical part of the thesis contains a situation analysis of the company "Plastena" UAB, a SWOT analysis, a quantitative study of the company's employees - a questionnaire survey, and a qualitative study - a semi-structured interview with a company representative. The project part presents incentive measures to increase the motivation of the employees in the performance of their tasks. The problem of the work: sorting alone is not enough to improve the management of industrial waste and the complexity of improving waste management is also a result of the activities of UAB Plastena. Aim of the work: Improving the processes and environmental performance of industrial waste management by optimising sustainable solutions. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Teorinėje dalyje pateikiama tvaraus verslo principų ir metodų teorinė analizė. Analitinėje darbo dalyje pateikiama įmonės ,,Plastena“ UAB situacijos analizė, SSGG analizė, įmonės darbuotojų kiekybinis tyrimas – anketinė apklausa, kokybinis tyrimas – pusiau struktūrizuotas interviu su įmonės atstovu. Projektinėje dalyje pateikiamos skatinimo priemonės, skirtos darbuotojų motyvacijai didinti, atliekant pavestas užduotis. Darbo problema: siekiant gamybinių atliekų tvarkymo gerinimo vien rūšiavimo nepakanka, taip pat susiduriama su sudėtingu atliekų tvarkymo gerinimu dėl vykdomos UAB ,,Plastena“ veiklos. Darbo tikslas: gamybinių atliekų tvarkymo procesų ir aplinkosauginio veiksmingumo gerinimas, optimizuojant tvarius sprendimus. | en_US |
