| dc.description | The work is prepared in three parts, starting with the theoretical part, which presents the theoretical aspects that will determine the significance and importance of employee loyalty for the growth of the company. The importance of the company's image in society is discussed. The significance of the first job and the attitude of young people to work, aspects of employee motivation are analyzed. The second part presents the activities, goal and development challenges of Evolution. The results of the survey are analyzed, the survey was conducted in Lithuanian and Latvian units. The results try to clarify the main shortcomings of the company, the reasons for employee turnover. During the internship, a survey of outgoing employees is conducted, during which the period of employment and the reasons for leaving are determined, and it is determined whether the employee has previous work experience. The project part presents conclusions and suggestions on what can be improved to retain employees and improve business development. The problem of the work – UAB Evolution Lithuania, a newly established company in Lithuania, whose goal is to expand in the country. The company is an international company operating in Latvia since 2006, with more than 20 locations globally. In Lithuania, the company faces the problem of employee loyalty, which has a negative impact on business development in the country. The aim of the work – after a theoretical analysis of the concept of employee loyalty, the importance of motivation, the most appropriate measures and the characteristics of a loyal employee, to submit proposals for action to the company, which will help reduce employee turnover and increase employee loyalty. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Darbas rengiamas trimis dalimis, pradedama teorine dalimi, kurioje pristatoma teoriniai aspektai, kurie nustatys darbuotojo lojalumo reikšmę bei svarbą įmonės plėtrai. Aptariama įmonės įvaizdžio svarba visuomenėje. Nagrinėjami pirmojo darbo reikšmė bei jaunimo požiūris į darbą, darbuotojo motyvavimo aspektai. Antroje dalyje pristatoma Evolution įmonės veikla, tikslai bei plėtros iššūkiai. Analizuojami interviu apklausos rezultatai, apklausa atlikta Lietuvos bei Latvijos padaliniuose. Rezultatais bandoma išgryninti pagrindinius įmonės trūkumus, darbuotojų kaitos priežastis. Atliekama anketinė apklausa, kuri pateikiama darbo santykius nutraukiantiems darbuotojams. Tyrimo metu nustatomas išdirbtas laikotarpis bei sutarties nutraukimą lemiančios priežastys, nustatoma ar darbuotojas turi ankstesnės darbo patirties. Projektinėje dalyje pateikiamos išvados bei pasiūlymai, ką galima tobulinti, norint išlaikyti darbuotojus bei pagerinti verslo plėtros rodiklius. Darbo problema – UAB „Evolution Lithuania“ naujai įsikūrusi įmonė Lietuvoje, kurios tikslas yra išsiplėsti šalyje. Įmonė yra tarptautinė, vykdanti veiklą nuo 2006-ųjų metų Latvijoje, išplitusi daugiau nei 20-yje lokacijų globaliai. Lietuvoje įmonė susiduria su darbuotojų lojalumo problema, kuri neigiamai paveikia verslo plėtrą minėtoje šalyje. Darbo tikslas – teoriškai išanalizavus darbuotojų lojalumo formavimo teorinius ypatumus, atlikus tyrimus interviu bei apklausos metodais, pateikti pasiūlymus UAB „Evolution Lithuania“, padėsiančius sumažinti darbuotojų kaitą bei didinti darbuotojų lojalumą įmonėje, skatinti plėtrą įmonės Lietuvoje. | en_US |
