| dc.description | With the rapid growth of demand for IT maintenance services and the popularity of remote jobs, companies are striving to solve consumer problems efficiently and quickly. Therefore, companies need a system that can store information with the software installed on the computer, version of the computer operating system, and the computer resources used. A centralized database with software and hardware information would quickly allow to identify computers that may be causing problems for an employee. These systems are quite expensive. Therefore, IoT technology can be used to create a very simple system that extracts the necessary information from computers and stores it in a small, local database. During this work, software will be developed that will allow to monitor the software on computers and their versions, drivers, and operating system data. The analytical part will find out what hardware is needed to implement this project, as well as the tools needed to connect to and configure the equipment. The network topology, database model and user interface will be developed during the design phase. In the experimental part, a test sample will be created and a successful system test will be performed. Economic calculations will show the prices of the equipment, the number of hours required for the work and the total estimate of the project will become clear. | en_US |
