In the professional BA thesis there is analyzing transport sector as well as cargo carriage organizing at company Logas LT UAB. The whole BA thesis is focused to improve cargo carriage organization at the company in order to compete with other companies. The companies which can provide the most reliable transport services in transport sector are the hardest to compete with. In order to improve company Logas LT UAB cargo carriage organization must be done flawlessly that’s why focusing on improving carriage organization will help Logas LT UAB improve and compete with other companies. The main problem of the (professional BA thesis) – the company which have little experience in organizing cargo carriage will make mistakes that will result in dissatisfied client. The biggest problems found at the company are late delivery of the cargoes as well as miscommunication between drivers and transport managers. The aim of the (professional BA thesis) – analyze Logas LT UAB cargo carriage organization problems and make submit offers to solve those problems. Objectives of (professional BA thesis): 1. Analyze cargo carriage organizing theoretically. 2. Analyze Logas LT UAB cargo carriage organizing work. 3. Submit suggestions to improve cargo carriage organizing. Methods of the (professional BA thesis) – in order to analyze this topic there was use of scientific literature regarding logistics and transport sector. In order to find the cause of the problems there was use of interview and survey methods. The structure – The theoretical part discusses logistics activities and is more focused on analyzing transport sector and cargo carriage organizing methods. The practical part of the work is focused on finding the problems in the company and displaying the results. The project part of the work is the solutions to the problems found at the practical part. The work consists of 51 pages, 12 tables, 18 pictures, 22 references and sources of information, 4 appendices.	en
dc.description.abstract	Baigiamojo darbo teorinėje dalyje analizuojama logistikos veikla remiantis literatūra bei moksliniais šaltiniais, taip pat aptariama krovinių pervežimo organizavimą teoriniu aspektu. Analitinėje dalyje yra įvardinamos įmonės UAB „Logas LT“ charakteristikos bei pateikiami atlikto tyrimo rezultatai. Projektinėje dalyje yra išanalizuota problema ir įvardinti problemos sprendimai.	en_US
