dc.description	In the analytical part of the work: Introduction to the company, company processes, analysis of process research in logistics departments. In the practical part of the work: Presentation of a proposal to improve the efficiency of transport management, and what benefits it will bring to the company. The main problem of professional BA thesis: As UAB ,,Inžinerinė ekologija‘‘ grows and follows the market needs, which are more and more closely related to green logistics, it is necessary to change the optimization and efficiency of the company's work in order to get closer to green logistics solutions. To dominate markets more effectively, the key is to choose the right companies for change. The main problem is late shipments and the lack of green logistics solutions in the company. The aim of the professional BA thesis: To analyze the cargo transportation management processes in the company UAB Inžinerinė ekologija and to present proposals applying the principles of green logistics in the company.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Teorinėje darbo dalyje: aptariamas krovinių pervežimas taikant žaliąją logistika teoriniu aspektu, pateikti bei palyginti skirtingi autorių požiūriai ir argumentai. Analitinėje darbo dalyje: Įmonės supažindinimas, įmonės procesai, pateikiami logistikos skyriais procesų tyrimo analizė. Praktinėje darbo dalyje: Pateikimas pasiūlymas transporto valdymo efektyvumo gerinimui, bei kokia naudą duos įmonei. Darbo problema: UAB „Inžinerinė ekologija“ įmonei augant, bei sekant rinkos poreikius, kurie vis glausčiau susije su žaliąja logistika, reikia keisti optimizuoti ir efektyvinti darbą įmonei, kad labiau priartėti prie žaliosios logistikos sprendimų. Norėdami efektyviau dominuoti rinkose svarbiausia yra pasirinkti tinkamus įmones pokyčius. Pagrindinė problema vėluojantys kroviniai ir žaliosios logistikos sprendimų nebuvimas įmonėje. Darbo tikslas: Išanalizuoti krovinių pervežimų valdymo procesus įmonėje UAB „Inžinerinė ekologija“ ir pateikti pasiūlymus taikant žaliosios logistikos principus įmonėje.	en_US
