dc.description	The theoretical part of the professional BA thesis presents a theoretical analysis of the importance of warehousing in logistics, warehousing functions and tasks, warehousing system. The analytical part presents the general information about UAB „Kitron“, the analysis of internal environment of UAB „Kitron“ and the analysis of production warehousing process. A survey of staff opinions and results on production warehousing process are presented. In the project part of the work, suggestions are presented to help optimize the production warehousing process in UAB „Kitron“. The main problem of the (professional BA thesis) – as the company produces more and more products, the problem of shortage of warehouse storage space for production is becoming more and more common, which makes the production warehousing process in UAB “Kitron” inefficient. So the question is - how to solve the problem of production warehouse storage space shortage and optimize the production warehousing process? The aim of the (professional BA thesis) – to identify and present the optimisation methods of production warehousing process in UAB „Kitron“.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Teorinėje dalyje aptariama sandėliavimo reikšmė logistikoje, sandėliavimo funkcijos ir uždaviniai, sandėliavimo sistema. Analitinėje dalyje aptariama bendra informacija apie UAB „Kitron“, atlikta UAB „Kitron“ vidinės aplinkos analizė, produkcijos sandėliavimo proceso analizė. Pateiktas darbuotojų nuomonės tyrimas, ir rezultatai apie sandėliavimo sistemos trūkumus. Projektinėje darbo dalyje pateikti pasiūlymai, kurie gali padėti optimizuoti UAB „Kitron“ produkcijos sandėliavimo procesą. Darbo problema: Įmonei pagaminant vis daugiau gaminių, vis dažniau iškyla produkcijos sandėliavimo vietos trūkumo problema, dėl kurios įmonės produkcijos sandėliavimo procesas tampa neefektyvus. Tad darbe yra iškeliamas klausimas – kaip būtų galima išspręsti produkcijos sandėliavimo vietos problemą ir optimizuoti produkcijos sandėliavimo procesą? Darbo tikslas: nustatyti ir pateikti UAB „Kitron“ produkcijos sandėliavimo proceso optimizavimo būdus.	en_US
