UAB „Barsukas“ logistinės veiklos tobulinimo sprendimai
Abstract
Pirmasis yra teorinė dalis. Joje
analizuojami įvairūs literatūriniai šaltiniai, dokumentai, įstatymai ir nutarimai. Šioje dalyje
analizuojamos inovacijos kurios galėtų būti pritaikytos UAB „Barsukas“ logistinėse veiklose. Antroje
darbo dalyje analizuojama įmonės vidinė bei išorinė aplinka, bei atliekamas kokybinis tyrimas bei
stebėjimo tyrimas, kurie yra skirti išryškinti įmonės problemą ir galimus sprendimus. Trečiame
skyriuje pateikiami sprendimo būdai, įmonės turimai problemai. Darbo problema – pagrindinė darbe išskiriama įmonės UAB „Barsukas“ problema yra
kylantys kaštai atsiradę dėl kylančių degalų kaštų. Degalų kainos visoje Europoje kyla dėl karinio
konflikto Ukrainoje. Šią problemą išryškino ir respondentai įmonėje atlikus kokybinį tyrimą.
Darbo tikslas – darbo tikslas yra atlikti analizę apie transportavimo procesą įmonėje ir
analizuojant literatūros ir kitus šaltinius, pasiūlyti lengviausiai įgyvendinamus ir nauda įmonei
nešančius sprendimus patobulinti jos logistinę veiklą.

The first is the theoretical
part. It analyzes various literary sources, documents, laws and rulings. This section analyzes
innovations that could be applied in the logistics activities of UAB Barsukas. The second part of the
work analyzes the company's internal and external environment, and conducts qualitative research
and observational research, which are designed to highlight the company's problem and possible
solutions. The third chapter presents solutions to the problem the company has. Work problem - The main problem of the company UAB Barsukas highlighted in the
work is the rising costs caused by the rising fuel costs. Fuel prices across Europe are rising due to the
military conflict in Ukraine. This problem was also highlighted by the respondents in a qualitative
study conducted in the company.
Aim of the work is to perform an analysis of the transportation process in the company
and by analyzing the literature and other sources, to offer the most easily implemented and beneficial
solutions to improve its logistics activities.
