dc.description	The first part of the work describes the concept of logistics and warehousing, the theoretical aspects of warehouses, the main problems arising in the processes. In the second part, which is analytical, the company and its activities are analyzed, SWOT and PEST analysis, analysis of competitors, and a description of the warehousemanagement system are performed. A qualitative study is being conducted to find out the reasons for delays in shipments to pharmacies and customers. The results of the research are presented and analyzed. The third part of the work presents solutions to the problem, implementation of innovations in the company's warehousing processes and financial calculations. The main problem of the thesis - the uneven cargo flow reaching the company's warehouse, the load of the warehouse in the receiving area increases unexpectedly, therefore additional resources are used to complete the processes, which causes inaccuracies and delays in other parts of the company's activities. The aim of the thesis - to determine the possibilities of optimization of storage processes in UAB ,,Limedika”.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Pirmojoje darbo dalyje yra apibūdinama logistikos ir sandėliavimo samprata, sandėlių teoriniai aspektai, pagrindinės problemos atsirandančios procesuose. Antrojoje dalyje, kuri yra analitinė, analizuojama įmonė ir jos veikla, atliekama SSGG ir PEST analizė, konkurentų analizė, sandėlio valdymo sistemos aprašymas. Atliekamas kokybinis tyrimas, siekiant išsiaiškinti, kokios priežastys nulemia siuntų vėlavimą vaistinėms ir klientams. Pateikiami ir analizuojami tyrimo rezultatai. Trečiojoje darbo dalyje pateikiami problemos sprendimo pasiūlymai, inovacijų diegimas įmonės sandėliavimo procesuose ir finansiniai skaičiavimai. Darbo problema - įmonės sandėlį pasiekia netolygus krovinių srautas, neplanuotai padidėja sandėlio apkrova priėmimo zonoje, todėl naudojami papildomi ištekliai procesams įvykdyti, dėl ko atsiranda netikslumų, vėlavimų kitose įmonės veiklos dalyse. Darbo tikslas - nustatyti UAB ,,Limedika” sandėliavimo procesų optimizavimo galimybes.	en_US
