| dc.description | The theoretical part of the work discusses the concept of the warehouse and its significance in logistics, examines the warehousing processes, reviews the warehousing equipment and techniques required for this process, analyzes the aspects of warehouse planning. The analytical part provides general information about the company - AB Kauno Grūdai, the central pesticide warehouse, reviews the market position of the central pesticide warehouse, examines the research method described in the work and presents the results. The design part proposes the most appropriate solutions that will potentially improve the performance of the central pesticide depot. The main problem of the work. There is not enough space for storage in the central pesticide warehouse of Kauno Grūdai AB, therefore goods are often loaded, defects occur, and costs are incurred. The work raises a problematic question - What measures could be used to optimize the storage volume of the central pesticide warehouse of AB Kauno Grūdai? The aim of the work. | dc.description.abstract | Teorinėje darbo dalyje yra aptariama sandėlio sąvoka ir jo reikšmė logistikoje, nagrinėjami sandėliavimo procesai, apžvelgiama sandėliavimo įranga ir šiam procesui reikalinga technika, analizuojami sandėlio planavimo aspektai. Analitinėje dalyje yra pateikiama bendra informacija apie nagrinėjamą įmonę – AB „Kauno grūdai“, centrinį pesticidų sandėlį, apžvelgiama centrinio pesticidų sandėlio padėtis rinkoje, išnagrinėjamas darbe aprašomas tyrimo metodas ir pateikiami rezultatai. Projektinėje dalyje yra pasiūlomi tinkamiausi sprendimai, kurie galimai patobulins centrinio pesticidų sandėlio veiklą. Darbo problema. AB „Kauno grūdai“ centriniame pesticidų sandėlyje yra nepakankamai vietos sandėliavimui, todėl neretai prekės yra užkraunamos, atsiranda broko atvejų, todėl yra patiriamos išlaidos. Darbe yra iškeliamas probleminis klausimas – Kokiomis priemonėmis galima būtų optimizuoti AB „Kauno grūdai“ centrinio pesticidų sandėlio sandėliavimo tūrį? Darbo tikslas.
