Abstract
Pirmoje teorinėje darbo dalyje yra analizuojami transportavimo paslaugų
kokybės tobulinimo teoriniai aspektai. Nagrinėjamos pagrindinės ir pagalbinės logistikos veiklos,
logistinių paslaugų kokybė ir jų tobulinimas. Antroje analitinėje darbo dalyje yra analizuojama
įmonės rinkos analizė, veiklos analizė ir atliekamas empirinis tyrimas. Trečioje projektinėje darbo
dalyje yra pateikiami pasiūlymai ir sprendimai kaip tobulinti įmonės transportavimo paslaugų
kokybę. Darbo problema: UAB „Kesko Senukai Lithuania“ transportavimo paslaugų metu yra
susiduriama su įvairiomis problemomis, kurios daro neigiamą įtaką tolimesniems procesams bei
gadina įmonės reputaciją. Kaip galima pagerinti įmonės transportavimo paslaugų kokybę?
Darbo tikslas: Išanalizavus transportavimo paslaugų kokybės tobulinimo teorinius aspektus ir
atlikus empirinius tyrimus, pateikti siūlymus UAB „Kesko Senukai Lithuania“ transportavimo
paslaugų kokybės tobulinimui.

The first theoretical part of the professional bachelor
thesis analyzes the theoretical aspects of improving the quality of transportation services. The main
and auxiliary logistics activities, the quality of logistics services and their improvement are analyzed.
The second analytical part of the professional bachelor thesis analyzes the company's market analysis,performance analysis and performs empirical research. The third part of the project professional
bachelor thesis presents suggestions and solutions on how to improve the quality of the company's
transportation services. Professional BA thesis problem: During the transportation services in KESKO Senukai
Lithuania, UAB, various problems are encountered, which have a negative impact on further
processes and damage the company's reputation. How can the quality of the company's transportation
services be improved?
Aim of the professional BA thesis: After analyzing the theoretical aspects of the improvement
of the quality of transportation services and conducting an empirical study, to present proposals for
the improvement of the quality of transportation services of KESKO Senukai Lithuania, UAB.
