| dc.description | The theoretical part of the work discusses the theoretical aspects of distribution logistics. The analytical part of the work presents the analysis of the company's market and internal environments, the results of the research are presented. The project part of the work presents solutions to improve the organization of the distribution process. The main problem of the project – due to the shortcomings in the organization of the distribution process, the trust of the company's customers is lost, a smaller share of profits is generated, and the company's competitiveness index decreases. EXPRESS Heroes, UAB is facing a problem in the organization of the distribution process due to cargo delays, therefore solutions are being sought to improve the organization of the distribution process in the company. The aim of the project – after analyzing the theoretical aspects of the distribution process, after conducting an empirical research, to submit proposals for the distribution process organization in EXPRESS Heroes, UAB. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Teorinėje darbo dalyje aptariama paskirstymo logistikos teoriniai aspektai. Analitinėje darbo dalyje pateikiama įmonės rinkos ir vidinės aplinkų analizės, pateikiami tyrimo rezultatai. Projektinėje darbo dalyje pateikiami sprendimai paskirstymo proceso organizavimo tobulinimui. Darbo problema – dėl paskirstymo proceso organizavimo trukumų prarandamas įmonės klientų pasitikėjimas, generuojama mažesnė pelno dalis, mažėja įmonės konkurencingumo indeksas. UAB „Express Heroes“ paskirstymo proceso organizavime susiduria su problema dėl krovinių vėlavimo, todėl ieškoma sprendimų, kaip patobulinti paskirstymo proceso organizavimą bendrovėje. Darbo tikslas – išanalizavus teorinius paskirstymo proceso aspektus, atlikus empirinį tyrimą, pateikti siūlymus UAB „Express Heroes“ paskirstymo proceso organizavimo tobulinimui. | en_US |
