dc.description	The first, theoretical part, deals with the theoretical aspects of logistics and warehousing that are relevant to the company in question. The second, analytical part analyzes the company UAB „Niklita“, its activities and includes the research - using a semi-structured interview and presents its results. The third part of the thesis presents solutions to improve the identified problems in the storage process. Main problem of the thesis. Lack of control of the warehouse processes involving stocks of goods. Aim of the thesis. After analyzing the management of the warehousing process of UAB „Niklita“, provide improvement solutions.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Pirmojoje, teorinėje dalyje nagrinėjami logistiniai, sandėliavimo teoriniai aspektai, aktualūs nagrinėjamos įmonės atžvilgiu. Antrojoje, analitinėje dalyje analizuojama įmonė UAB „Niklita“, jos veikla bei atliekamas tyrimas – kokybinis tyrimas, naudojant pusiau struktūruotą interviu ir pateikiami jo rezultatai. Trečiojoje darbo dalyje pateikiami sprendimai nustatytoms sandėliavimo proceso problemoms tobulinti. Darbo problema. UAB „Niklita“ sandėliavimo proceso, atsargų likučių kontrolės trūkumas. Darbo tikslas. Išanalizavus UAB „Niklita“ sandėliavimo proceso valdymą, pateikti tobulinimo sprendimus.	en_US
