In the second part, the analysis of UAB “Hegelmann transporte” on the general information of the company, its history, activities, logistics processes, analysis of competitors, analysis of the internal and external environment and a quantitative study are performed. The third part of the work presents the results of all the work, offers development opportunities for the company, and presents conclusions. | dc.description.abstract | Pirmoje dalyje nagrinėjama logistikos samprata, plačiau apžvelgiamas transportavimas ir sandėliavimas bei kompleksinės logistikos paslaugos teoriniu aspektu. Antroje dalyje atliekama UAB „Hegelmann transporte“ analizė apie bendrą įmonės informaciją, jos istoriją, vykdomą veiklą, logistikos procesus, konkurentų analizė, vidinės ir išorinės aplinkos analizė bei atliktas kiekybinis tyrimas. Trečioje darbo dalyje pateikiami viso darbo rezultatai, siūlomos plėtros galimybės įmonei bei pateikiamos išvados. Darbo problema: kompleksinės logistikos plėtros galimybių trūkumas.
