dc.description	Analyzing the peculiarities of cargo transportation organization, the first part of the work discusses the essence and significance of cargo transportation. The organization of cargo transportation and the challenges that arise during it are defined. Analyzing the organization of cargo transportation of the analyzed company, the second part discusses the activities of UAB Hoptransa and the process of cargo transportation. Qualitative and quantitative research is performed. After analyzing the answers received during the research, the project part of the work identifies opportunities to improve the organization of freight transportation by trucks. The main problem of the work. UAB Hoptransa provides truck transportation services. During cargo transportation it is important as soon as possible to ensure that the cargo reaches customers without damage. However, there are cases reckless behavior where results in accidents, improper securing of loads or incorrect filling in of the required documentation. All of these aspects cause significant losses to the company. Therefore, in order to reduce the losses incurred by the company, a work problem is being formed - how to improve the organization of cargo transportation by trucks in UAB Hoptransa. The aim of the work. After analyzing the theoretical aspects of the organization of cargo transportation and conducting qualitative and quantitative research, to determine the possibilities of improving the organization of cargo transportation by trucks of UAB Hoptransa.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Nagrinėjant krovinių pervežimo organizavimo ypatumus, pirmoje darbo dalyje aptariama krovinių pervežimo esmė ir reikšmingumas. Apibrėžiamas krovinių pervežimo organizavimas bei jo metu kylantys iššūkiai. Analizuojant nagrinėjamos įmonės krovinių pervežimo organizavimą, antroje dalyje aptariamos UAB „Hoptransa“ veiklos bei krovinio pervežimo procesas. Atliekami kokybinis ir kiekybinis tyrimai. Išanalizavus tyrimo metu gautus atsakymus, projektinėje darbo dalyje išskiriamos galimybės padėsiančios tobulinti krovinių pervežimo vilkikais organizavimą. Darbo problema. UAB „Hoptransa“ teikia krovinių pervežimo vilkikais paslaugas. Transportuojant krovinius svarbu užtikrinti, kad klientus kroviniai pasiektų be pažeidimų ir kaip galima greičiau. Tačiau pasitaiko atvejų, kai dėl neapdairaus elgesio įvyksta eismo įvykiai, netinkamai sutvirtinami kroviniai ar neteisingai užpildoma reikiama dokumentacija. Dėl visų šių aspektų įmonė patiria didelius nuostolius. Todėl siekiant sumažinti įmonės patiriamus nuostolius, formuojama darbo problema – kaip būtų galima pagerinti krovinių pervežimo vilkikais organizavimą UAB „Hoptransa“ įmonėje. Darbo tikslas. Išanalizavus krovinių pervežimo organizavimo teorinius aspektus ir atlikus kokybinį ir kiekybinį tyrimus, nustatyti UAB „Hoptransa“ krovinių pervežimo vilkikais organizavimo tobulinimo galimybes.	en_US
