| dc.description | The first part of the work discusses the theoretical analysis of aspects related to returnable packaging management. In the project part of the work, the course of the research and the obtained results are described and the analysis of PEST and SWOT is made, the main company’s problem in the supply chain (logistics) is determined. The third part presents solutions for the highlighted problem in returnable packaging management and also discusses the its impact. The main problem of the term paper - in the company's internal supply chain, the packaging maintenance process is not sufficiently developed to ensure the stability of customer requirements and the production process. The aim of the term paper – after the research in the „HELLA Lithuania” UAB, highlight the problems in its packaging maintenance process and present their possible solutions. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Pirmoje darbo dalyje aptariamas teorinis su taros valdymu susijusių aspektų nagrinėjimas. Projektinėje dalyje aprašoma tyrimo eiga ir gauti rezultatai bei sudaroma PEST ir SSGG analizės, nustatoma pagrindinė tiekimo grandinės (logistikos) problema. Trečioje dalyje pateikiami išryškintos taros valdymo problemos sprendimo būdai, aptariama, kokią naudą tai galėtų turėti. Darbo problema: įmonės vidinėje tiekimo grandinėje taros priežiūros procesas yra nepakankamai ištobulintas, jog būtų užtikrintas gamybos eigos stabilumas ir techninės švaros reikalavimai. Darbo tikslas: ištyrus UAB „HELLA Lithuania“ įmonę, išryškinti jos tiekimo grandinėje kylančias problemas bei pateikti jų galimus sprendimo siūlymus. | en_US |
