dc.description.abstract	Pirmoje teorinėje darbo dalyje aptariama logistikos samprata ir logistikos paslaugų plėtros teoriniai aspektai. Antroje – analitinėje dalyje aprašomi analizuojamos įmonės logistiniai procesai, atliekamas kokybinis tyrimas ir pateikiama išsami surinktų duomenų kokybinė analizė. Trečioje – pateikiami logistikos paslaugų plėtros pasiūlymai. Darbo problema. Įmonėje „J.E. Spedition Und Handel“ vyrauja pakankamai siauras paslaugų įvairumas, todėl įmonė yra nekonkurencinga rinkoje, be to įmonės pajamos nėra didelės. Siekiant įmonės sėkmės ir pelningumo, pravartu plėsti teikiamų paslaugų asortimentą. Kokias logistikos paslaugas UAB „J.E. Spedition Und Handel“ turi plėsti, kad taptų konkurencinga transporto rinkos dalimi? Darbo tikslas.
