The second parts of the work analyses company’s activities, basic information, presents PEST and SWOT analyses to show company’s strengths and weaknesses, also includes quantitative research and survey. Third part of the work presents company’s routes analyses and the benefits of the program to the company. The main problem of the professional bachelor thesis. dc.description.abstract	Pirmoje darbo dalyje analizuojama logistikos bei IT sąvokos ir reikšmė logistikos veikloje. Antroje darbo dalyje yra pateikiamo bendra informacija apie įmonę ir jos veiklą bei pateikiami kokybinis ir kiekybinis tyrimai. Trečioje dalyje analizuojami įmonės maršrutai ir „FleetMaster“ programos nauda įmonei. Darbo problema. UAB „GBY“ maršrutų optimizacijos stoka. Darbo tikslas.
