Abstract
Pirmame skyriuje teoriniu aspektu yra nagrinėjama
logistiniai procesai, sandėliavimo proceso specifika ir sandėliavimo proceso tobulinimas. Antrame
skyriuje yra atliekama rinkos analizė, įmonės veiklos analizė ir empirinis tyrimas. Trečiajame skyriuje
yra pateikiami siūlymai, galintys patobulinti įmonės sandėliavimo procesus. Darbo problema – kaip galima patobulinti UAB „ Baltic Logistic Solutions“ sandėliavimo
procesus?
Darbo tikslas – išanalizavus sandėliavimo proceso tobulinimo teorinius aspektus ir atlikus
empirinį tyrimą pateikti siūlymus UAB „Baltic Logistic Solutions“ sandėliavimo proceso tobulinimui.

The first chapter deals with the
theoretical aspects of logistics processes, the concept of the warehousing process and the improvement
of the warehousing process. The second chapter deals with market analysis, company performance
analysis and empirical research. The third section provides suggestions for improving the company’s
warehousing processes. Job problem - How can the warehousing processes of BALTIC Logistic Solutions, UAB be
improved?
The aim of the work is to present suggestions for the improvement of the storage process of
UAB Baltic Logistic Solutions after analyzing the theoretical aspects of the warehousing process
improvement and conducting an empirical research.
