| dc.description.abstract | Baigiamasis darbas yra suskirstytas į tris skyrius, Pirmame skyriuje yra atliekama pervežimo organizavimo tobulinimo teoriniu aspektų analize pasitelkiant mokslinė literatūra ir kitais informacijos šaltiniais, Antrame baigiamojo darbo skyriuje yra supažindinama su analizuojama įmonė, atliekama minėtos įmonės išorinės aplinkos analizė, bei vidinės aplinkos analizė, taip pat yra atliekama kiekybinis tyrimas ir analizuojami gauti tyrimo rezultatai. Trečiame ir paskutiniame baigiamojo darbo skyriuje yra nagrinėjami problemos sprendimo metodai, kurie gerins įmonės teikiamų paslaugų kokybę.
