dc.description	Relevance of the topic: Global migration is forcing nurses to care for patients who are increasingly distinguished by their culture. Intercultural care requires that patients be cared for as individuals, with each person receiving the care they need and taking into account the patient's cultural needs. The key to providing optimal, individualized care to patients is the ability to understand and interact with patients from other cultures. (Tuohy, 2019) Main problem of the investigation: What problems do nurses face and how do they deal with them when caring for patients from other cultures? Object of the reasearch: Problems faced by nurses in caring for patients from other cultures and ways to solve problems. Aim of the project: To reveal the problems that nurses face when caring for patients from other cultures and the ways to solve the problems. Objectives of the project: 1. To theoretically substantiate the importance of intercultural communication between nurse and patient. 2. To describe the problems and solutions in caring for patients from other cultures. 3. To identify the problems and solutions in caring for patients from other cultures. Research methodology and subjects: Type of research - qualitative. The research uses: literature analysis, interview method and descriptive analysis of the data. Subjets of the research are nurses.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Temos aktualumas: Dėl pasaulinės migracijos slaugytojams tenka rūpintis pacientais, kurie vis labiau išsiskiria savo kultūra. Tarpkultūrinė slauga reikalauja, kad pacientai būtų slaugomi kaip individai, kiekvienam skiriant būtent jam reikiamą priežiūrą bei atsižvelgiant į paciento kultūrinius poreikius. Siekiant suteikti pacientams optimalią, individualią priežiūrą svarbiausias aspektas yra gebėti suprasti ir bendrauti su kitos kultūros pacientais. (Tuohy, 2019) Tyrimo problema: Kokios yra slaugytojų problemos ir jų sprendimo būdai slaugant kitų kultūrų pacientus? Tyrimo objektas: Slaugytojų problemos ir jų sprendimo būdai slaugant kitų kultūrų pacientus. Tyrimo tikslas: Atskleisti slaugytojų problemas ir jų sprendimo būdus slaugant kitų kultūrų pacientus. Tyrimo uždaviniai: 1. Teoriškai pagrįsti tarpkultūrinės komunikacijos tarp slaugytojo ir paciento svarbą. 2. Aprašyti problemas ir jų sprendimo būdus slaugant kitų kultūrų pacientus. 3. Nustatyti problemas ir jų sprendių būdus slaugant kitų kultūrų pacientus. Tyrimo metodika ir tiriamieji: Tyrimo tipas - kokybinis. Tyrimui atlikti naudojama: literatūros analizė, interviu metodas bei aprašomoji duomenų analizė. Tiriamieji - slaugytojai.	en_US
