dc.description	The angel sculpture is preserved in St. St. John's Church (official name - Vilnius Church of St. John the Baptist and St. John the Apostle and Evangelist) and belongs to the Vilnius University Museum. Time of creation of the sculpture in the 18th century. Q4, author unknown. The angel sculpture is carved from a pine wood blank. Most of the figure is carved from one workpiece, the nose is carved separately, the left hand from the elbow is carved from another workpiece and secured with a pin, visually it appears that the right hand at the shoulder and the lower right part of the drapery are carved separately. The base of the sculpture is carved from several parts of pine wood. The back of the sculpture is straight, notched. The exhibit is polychrome and repainted several times. The sculpture is primed with white chalk-glue primer. Remains of metal coatings can be seen visually under the paintings. The object has been handed over for preservation, because the layer of polychrome has risen from the base in many places, crumbs, crumbs, peeled layers, sometimes crumbled to the ground, in places to the wood. The wings are broken, the right wing is reinforced on the back side with a vertically nailed board. The wings are nailed with nails that have rusted over time. Missing small carving fragments right hand fingers, left hand fingertips and left foot toes. The surface is covered with plaque and dirt. The aim of the final work is to preserve the polychrome "Angel" sculpture. During conservation, the polychrome layer was strengthened, missing fragments of the left leg and base carving were restored, surface impurities were removed, and stratigraphic probing was performed. Chemical research was carried out to carry out conservation work.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Angelo skulptūra saugota Šv. Jonų bažnyčioje ( oficialus pavadinimas Vilniaus Šv. Jono Krikštytojo ir šv. Jono apaštalo ir evangelisto bažnyčia) ir priklauso Vilniaus universiteto muziejui. Skulptūros sukūrimo laikas XVIII a. IV ketv., autorius nežinomas. Angelo skulptūra išdrožta iš pušies medienos ruošinio. Didžioji figūros dalis drožta iš vieno ruošinio, nosis drožta atskirai, kairė ranka nuo alkūnės drožta iš kito ruošinio ir įtvirtinta kaiščiu, vizualiai panašu, kad dešinė ranka ties pečiu ir apatinėje dalyje dešinėje pusėje dalis draperijos drožta atskirai. Skulptūros pagrindas drožtas iš keletos pušies medienos dalių. Skulptūros nugarinė pusė tiesi, išskobta. Eksponatas yra polichromuotas ir perdažytas keletą kartų. Skulptūra gruntuota baltos spalvos kreidiniu – klijiniu gruntu. Vizualiai matyti po uždažymais metalo dangų likučiai. Objektas perduotas konservuoti, kadangi polichromijos sluoksnis daug kur pakilęs nuo pagrindo, trupa, byra, atsisluoksniavę sluoksniai, kai kur nutrupėjęs iki grunto, vietomis iki medienos. Sparnai sulūžę, dešinysis sparnas nugarinėje pusėje sutvirtintas vertikaliai prikalta lenta. Sparnai prikalti vinimis, kurios per laika surūdijo. Trūksta smulkių drožybos fragmentų: dešinės rankos pirštų, kairės rankos pirštų galiukų ir kairės kojos pirštų. Paviršių dengia apnašos, nešvarumai. Baigiamojo darbo tikslas – konservuoti polichromuotą ,,Angelo‘‘ skulptūrą. Konservavimo metu buvo sutvirtintas polichromijos sluoksnis, atkurti trūkstami kairės kojos ir pagrindo drožybos fragmentai, nuvalyti paviršiaus nešvarumai bei atliktas stratigrafinis zondavimas. Konservavimo darbams įvykdyti, buvo atlikti cheminiai tyrimai.	en_US
